A New World

Where to start? The lighting of her figure is the big impact to this shot. Placement of her at the edge of the tree line is also an important part -(based on the title). The shadow lines along the waist line is perfect, giving extreme focus to her very thin waste. Having the highlights on the edges of her hair is also well done. I like how one foot is slightly in front of the other, but I don't know if I like the positions of the hands. She looks nervous. I may have had her bring one arm up to a branch as to pull it aside, giving a gesture of slight adventure with a hint of caution instead. (does that make sense?) I don't mind the darkening of the corners... I think it gives more focus on her and helps the viewer to see that she is coming out of the darkness. Well Done -Mark
